Message: Right in my neighborhood, easy to get too but Hiring Manager is very rude and prejudiced, if I was Hispanic I would be hired but since I'm a black man with 36 years of experience license contractor she said no. With all credentials.

The only employment ceiling I can think of at Hawkins is the amount of effort, desire, and positive attitude their employees are willing to put in. I started as a entry level laborer and now am a manager. I’m not the only one, most of our Superintendents and company leaders have a similar story.. As for quality and timeliness of work, Hawkins prides itself of doing the right thing the first time. There’s a saying that we finish on time and under budget. There are very few, if any, projects that I can remember that hasn’t delivered on that promise.
